Club Marconi is a multi-purpose venue in Western Sydney that has strong roots as a cosmopolitan club for a diverse community.

Our brief was to transform the entry foyer into a grand and luxurious welcome for residents and guests, regenerating and enhancing the club’s entertainment offer. This involved relocating the sign-in zone to declutter the foyer and take advantage of the height and scale of the space.

Concept & Design

Our established relationship with Club Marconi and our understanding of their masterplan guided our response for the direction of the foyer.

Our design celebrates the cultural heritage of the club by giving patrons a casual yet sophisticated take on a Palazzo, folding in hints of the club’s history. The hotel-style foyer features terrazzo flooring and a stunning mural on the rear wall by Di Emme, inspired by the Tuscan hills.

The foyer is an expression of the club’s future, creating a harmonious transition between the club and function space which elevates the whole experience.
